Yes, many of our boots feature comfortable, thick removable insoles, making them perfect for swapping out with your own custom orthotics.
Should I size up for winter socks?
Because we only do full sizes, we highly recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. This allows extra room for thicker socks, or you can add one of our removable innersoles to tailor the fit!
How should I weather-protect my boots?
Always spray your boots thoroughly with a water repellent before taking them outside to protect them from winter puddles and dirt. We also recommend using a leather conditioner once a month to ensure the leather remains soft and supple.
Can I return them if I wear them outside?
We can only accept returns for items that are completely unworn and in their original packaging, so please test them out on a carpeted floor at home first!
How do I know my correct size?
We use standard European sizing. Check the specific fitting notes on each product page, and if you are a half-size, we usually recommend sizing up.
