This season, we’ve slightly widened the boot's throat, creating a slimmer ankle and a more defined silhouette, without sacrificing the active, ready-for-anything vibe. The rubber outsole extends over the toe box, acting as a rubber toe-cap, which adds an athletic edge to this otherwise sophisticated boot.

Details & Construction

This season, we’ve reimagined this boot in a high-shine moss green leather, offering a versatile yet conversational addition to your wardrobe. As a Chelsea boot, Barbar features leather pull tabs at the front and back of the throat, along with elasticised side gussets for pull-on, pull-off ease.

The pattern is intentionally free of visible stitch lines, creating a clean, modern feel. Designed to be both wearable and versatile, Barbar keeps you comfortable and warm throughout the colder months.

Set upon our proprietary rubber outsole, Barbar features full-flex construction and abrasion-tested tread for durability and grip. Inside, Barbar includes a removable insole and a 4mm removable memory-foam fitting stabiliser, allowing you to fine-tune your fit bespoke to your needs.

Considered yet versatile, Moss Green is a warm addition to your autumn wardrobe. It pairs effortlessly with black, washed denim, browns, pinks, or greys for a grounded yet uplifting palette. The glossy finish looks striking against all skin tones, and thanks to patent leather’s non-porous nature, it’s easy to keep clean.

Leather is breathable, durable and beautiful, so give it a bit of love!

Clean when necessary, with a leather conditioner and soft cloth to remove any dirt.
Polish your shoes once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can reapply a waterproof spray for extra protection.

Funky black boot
I love these boots. Super comfy to wear all day and on long walks. I feel funky in them at work, but I also love to wear them out and about on the weekend. As with all Radical Yes shoes they feel and look beautifully crafted.

So comfortable!
I googled flat boots and Radical Yes came up. North Melbourne, sounded cool. The staff were delightful. They let me try on many pairs and were patient and attentive. Happily living in these boots until late September!

Best Boots Eva
I bought these a few years ago and initially didn't wear them much (I had 2 new pairs of boots and the others were my initial, dressier favourites) ...then I started wearing these boots pretty much every day - I took them overseas for a month through Japan, then another month in NY, and they NEVER left my feet. The most comfortable, style with anything boot ever. I LOVE THESE BOOTS. (Sad I missed the burgundy ones before my size sold out).

Gorgeous but too wide for me
I love the look of these boots, and the promise of stomping happily through puddles on the weekend and my way to work. But the sizing just didn't work for me. My usual 38 was a great length, but so wide and roomy my foot flopped around inside. Extra inner soles didn't help. The wonderful RY team recommended I try the 37. It was snug in width but too short. I don't think of my feet as particularly narrow, but these are designed for a much wider foot. Lovely soft leather. Wonderful rubber sole. Super comfy foot bed. Great style. All the good RY things we expect. I'll keep dreaming that the team makes a narrower option for slimmer footed folks, so I can stomp blissfully through next winter in a pair.
