When does the sale start and end?
The extravaganza officially kicks off for the public at 9:00 AM (AEDT) on March 24th and runs until midnight on March 31st.
How do I get early access?
Our SMS subscribers get the first look! If you’re on our SMS list, you’ll receive a link to shop the sale at 8:30 AM on March 24th, 30 minutes before the general public.
I missed the sale/just bought these full price. Can you price match?
Because we produce in very small, intentional batches (usually under 100 units!), we are unable to apply sale prices retrospectively. The benefit of purchasing at full price is that you’ve guaranteed your size and style in a limited run, once these small batches are gone, they truly are gone. How do I claim my Gift with Purchase (GWP)?
For all orders $249 and over, a special gift option will automatically pop up in your cart.
Important: You must manually select the gift in your cart to add it to your order. Due to our streamlined packing process, we cannot add this gift to your order once it has been placed.
What is your return policy during the sale?
We want you to love your Radical Yes shoes. You can view our full Exchange and Returns Policy here. Discounted items, including items purchased on sale (where a strikethrough price is displayed) or during a promotional period, are only eligible for a credit note or exchange. This also includes items purchased with a discount/promotional code of any kind. Refunds are not eligible on discounted items.
Please note: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please choose wisely and feel free to contact our team at yes@radicalyes.com.au to help you find your perfect fit.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow up to 5 days for our small but mighty team to ship your order during this busy sale period. All orders are shipped through Australia Post and tracking numbers will be sent via email. Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 2 to 10 days to be delivered depending on your location. You can find all the details on timeframes and costs in our Shipping Policy here.
