Designing for a wide fit is a radical act of comfort. At Radical Yes, we understand that finding directional, fashionable shoes with a generous fit is a constant challenge. Our wide-fit styles feature custom-developed lasts that offer increased volume across the ball of the foot and the instep. Kerryn’s 20 years of expertise allow us to create these roomy silhouettes without losing our signature architectural aesthetic. Many of our wide-fit styles also feature removable insoles or additional 4mm memory foam fitting stabilisers, allowing you to customise the internal space to your exact needs.

If you receive your shoes and they feel tight, please remember that our leather styles will stretch and soften with wear up to 10% over time, which is equivalent to half a size in width! Leather often needs the warmth from our body heat and the pressure from our feet to begin the wearing process. We recommend wearing your shoes around the house with thick socks to begin softening and stretching the leather, before wearing them out in the world. 

Caring for your wide-fit shoes is essential to maintain the flexibility of the leather. We recommend a monthly "Full Moon" care ritual, using a high-quality leather balm to keep the material supple, allowing it to continue moulding to your foot shape. It is also vital to rotate your footwear, wearing your favourite flats every other day to allow the memory foam and leather components to breathe and recover.
