SHIPPING COSTS 

FREE Standard Delivery for all orders $149 and over with Australia Post eParcel.
Standard orders ship between 3-5 working days.

$10 Standard Delivery for all orders under $149 with Australia Post eParcel.
Standard orders ship between 3-5 working days.

$12 Express Delivery with Australia Post eParcel Express.
Express orders ship the same day (if ordered before 2 pm) or the following business day at the latest.

Please note: During peak seasons, such as sales or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Our small team is working as quickly as possible to ensure all orders are sent out on time. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact us via email or phone. Express orders will always be prioritised and dispatched as soon as possible.

$20 Same-Day Delivery with Uber
Only for postal addresses within a 10km radius of The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne, or our Warehouse Outlet in Vermont. This shipping option is available at checkout for eligible residential addresses. Uber cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Orders must be placed before 2 pm to receive same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the following business day. Customers need to be at the address to accept the delivery. This service is not available on weekends.


SHIPPING PROTECTION

Radical Yes Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost or damaged orders during transit. This optional service ensures peace of mind, allowing customers to claim replacements if their order encounters issues while being delivered.

Simply select ‘Pickup In Store’ at checkout and select your chosen pick-up location. You will receive an email and/or text notification once your order is ready for collection at your selected location.

Upon checkout, if only one location is available for collection, it may be because the product you would like to purchase is only available at this location. 


SAME DAY DELIVERY ($20)

We currently offer same-day local delivery via Uber within a 10km radius from The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne, or our Warehouse Outlet in Vermont. This shipping option is available at checkout for eligible residential addresses.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order products are items that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. The estimated dispatch date for pre-order items is displayed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, all products will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item(s) become available. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
