How much does shipping cost?
Within Australia, complimentary free shipping is included for all orders over $149 via Australia Post eParcel.
Express shipping is available for a $12.00 flat rate via Australia Post eParcel Express.
$10 Standard delivery for all orders under $149 with Australia Post eParcel.
When will I receive my order?
Standard Orders are picked and dispatched between 3 and 5 working days.
Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order to allow for unforeseen postage delays.
Express Orders are usually picked and dispatched the same day if the order is made before 2pm Mon-Fri or the next working day if after 2pm. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to arrive as eParcel Express is an expedited but not overnight service.
Please note during peak high volume sale times (Black Friday, Boxing Day) the delivery window can be longer.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders via Australia Post eParcel service. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order. Once picked and packed, we will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.
Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors in our order or delivery information. We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.
Radical Yes cannot accept any responsibility or replace items lost by Australia Post or other shipping agents.
How do I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
If you select 'Pick Up - Click & Collect' as the shipping method, you will receive an automated email advising when your order is awaiting collection in your chosen location.
Out of stock inventory
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
