I've selected Click and Collect...what happens next?

1. Select Click & Collect at checkout Place your order online, select Click & Collect for either Clik Collective Vermont or our Fitting Salon in North Melbourne.

2. Look out for a text message on your mobile phone and/or an email to say your order is ready for collection. Your warehouse or store team will package up your order and have it ready for you!

3. Pick up your order from the Fitting Salon (Tues-Sun) or Clik Collective Vermont between 10 am to 4 pm (Mon-Fri). Our friendly team will validate your identification and happily assist you. This is a free service.

Where can I pick up my click-and-collect orders I am confused as there are two locations?

You can choose to pick up your order from our Fitting Salon in North Melbourne, or our Clik Collective warehouse in Vermont. Depending on what is most convenient for you, select your suitable pickup location.

If I select Click and Collect at Vermont Click Collective, where exactly is it?

Our warehouse at Clik Collective is located at 203 Rooks Rd, Vermont VIC 3133. Clik Collective is a co-warehousing and office space in Vermont. Kindly park at the visitors' car park at the front of the building and enter through reception. One of the friendly Clik staff will guide you to the click-and-collect shelf to locate your order. Feel free to use the neighbouring couches to try on your shoes or bag. If you would like some assistance, call us on 0478 686 954 and one of our friendly Radical Yes warehouse staff will come to your rescue!

When will my Click and Collect order be ready for collection?

Your click-and-collect order will be ready within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow until Monday if you place your order on Friday night or over the weekend.

If I change my mind and want my item delivered to my house instead of using click and collect, how do I do this?

No worries at all! Please email us at or call us to let us know that you would like your order to be delivered instead.

What do I need to provide to collect my order?

You will need your original receipt (that was emailed/texted to you upon purchase) that shows your order number and full name.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Totally! We will just need some proof that you have asked a pal to pick up your order. Please ensure they have a copy of your confirmation email or text message and can show photo identification. If you could kindly let us know in advance via email or phone that would be great! Unfortunately, we are not able to release orders to third party drivers such as Uber, Air Tasker or carriers, due to fraudulent activity. If you are struggling to collect your order, please contact our Customer Care team to extend your pick up time.

Can I cancel my Click and Collect order?

Yes! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at or call to let us know. We can cancel and refund your order from here.

How long will the store or warehouse hold my order?

We will hold your order for 2 weeks. Please contact us if you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe or would like to have it shipped to you instead.

What if we are unable to fulfil your order?

In the unusual event we are unable to fulfill your order, our customer care team will call your nominated email or phone number to organise collection from another location or to discuss further options.

If I’m not happy with my order, what are my options?

We are more than happy to process an exchange, refund, or credit note on the spot. Please give us a call and our staff will be available to assist you. Please refer to our returns policy here
