for deliveries and customer service correspondence during this busy
sale period. Our exchange period will be extended until January 31st.

Shipping on Exchanges & Returns

FREE return shipping is available on all online orders within Australia.
All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 Days of receiving your order.

FREE return shipping is available on all exchanges for the first exchange.
If subsequent exchanges are required, they are easily facilitated with a flat rate $10 postage per shipment.

Please return your order in protective postal packaging. Please make sure you place any postage labels or stickers on the outside of the mailing parcel (not directly on the shoe box). Please note that returns will not be accepted if shipping labels or tape are stuck directly on any product packaging as all returns need to be received in a re-sellable condition.

If you are in Melbourne you are more than welcome to make an exchange in-store at The Fitting Salon or our Warehouse where our staff can help you find your perfect fit.

Refunds on Full-Priced Items

Refunds are available on all full-priced online orders. This includes full-priced items with Welcome discount codes applied.

We are happy to process a refund provided the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unworn to be eligible for a refund. Please use protective postal packaging when sending products back. Returns may be ineligible for a refund if these requirements are not met. 

As we are a small team, returns for refunds incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. A free shipping label will be provided when lodging your return through our portal. 

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. 

Returns on Sale Items 

Items purchased during ‘percentage’ or ‘dollar-off’ PROMOTION or SALE periods are eligible for exchanges or credit notes only. PROMOTIONAL or SALE items are not eligible for a refund. Excludes $25 Welcome Code on full priced items.

Items marked FINAL SALE online, in store or at warehouse sales are strictly not eligible for any return, exchange or credit note.

In Store

Refunds are not available on items purchased in-store at The Fitting Salon. Try on and choose carefully and let our staff help you find your perfect fit.

Worn or damaged items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect item care are not considered to be faulty.

Items that show signs of wear can not be exchanged, returned or refunded. This includes soiled outsoles.
