FREE return shipping is available on all online orders within Australia through our easy Loop Returns Portal.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If subsequent exchanges are required, they are facilitated with a flat rate of $10 postage per shipment.

Returns for refunds incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

You can return any full-priced online order for an exchange, credit note, or refund.

• Regular waterproofing is essential to protect from unexpected showers. Try our Waproo Platinum Eco Stain & Water Repellent at least once a month on the Full Moon - we’ll send you a reminder when you sign up to our newsletter. Yes, we still care even when they’re in your hands!
• Polish your shoes once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can re-apply a waterproof spray for extra protection.
