The Reni Chelsea Boot is your run-around boot with pull on comfort, contrasting peach over-stitching and this season's signature electric peach lining to bring a radical pop of colour to those grey winter days.

Details & Construction

The carefully considered upper is crafted from tumbled black leather with the creamiest electric pink sheepskin leather lining. We have included details like a grosgrain pull tab embroidered with Radical Yes in black through the heel and elasticised side gussets for easy pull on comfort. We have finished the clean lines of the upper with contrasting peach overstitching giving this versatile shoe a purely modern look.

Created on the same outsole unit as Olympia and Icehouse Street shoes, this rubber sole passes the highest standard Intertek abrasion tests. Unless you happen to be walking on Mars or somewhere else where the temperatures pass 10000 degrees, the thickness of this LUG sole will never wear down. Being made from a considered balance of plant rubber and plastisole they also bounce like trainers do. Meaning more spring in your step. More height to your day. But still with the same flat shoe liberation determined attitude you’ve come to expect from us. Radical and Yes.

Leather is breathable, durable and beautiful so give it a bit of love!

Clean when necessary, with a leather conditioner and soft rag to remove any dirt.
Polish your shoes once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can re-apply a waterproof spray for extra protection.

Love these boots
A bit of a blend of Blundstone and Rossi but with the distinct Radical Yes flair. These are great boots. I know they will last. So solid and well made and very cool. Still wearing them in but they are great.

The perfect boot

Comfortable and stylish boots
This is my second pair of boots in this style. They are very stylish, with a comfortable but tight fit on my foot. With both pairs, I've needed to use the hairdryer hack to loosen and stretch the leather to allow the top of my foot over the arch to enter the boot, and sit within it comfortably. I do have a high arch, but even now, with repeat hairdryer treatments, the fit is quite snug, and a little more so that would be ideal. In providing this feedback, I hope it's useful and might result in a slight increase in room in new designs. Given how roomy most Radical Yes shoes and other boots I've tried are, this tightness was a bit surprising. However, the boots are of amazing quality, and I love the aesthetics, as usual - hence the 5 star rating despite the extra tight fit.

Beautiful boots but weird sizing
These are stunning boots—the aubergine is the perfect neutral. I LOVE them. BUT the sizing is off. I normally take a 38 RYes boot and a 37 RYes sandal but the toe cap on the 38 Reni was too narrow to fit my toes so I had to go up to a 39. The larger size meant the boot lost its slender elegance and ended up looking a bit clumpier than I liked. It's still a beautiful boot and I'm wearing them every day—they go beautifully with dresses. I have given them 5 stars—but it's crazy that the toe cap is so narrow (and my feet are not wide).
