During major sale periods, we experience a large influx of orders. Because we are a small, dedicated team, please allow for an extended shipping window to receive your order. We strive to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible (within 1-4 business days), and we truly appreciate your patience and kindness during this busy time. If you need your order as soon as possible or before a specific date, we highly recommend upgrading to Express Shipping at checkout, as all express orders are prioritised and shipped the same day or the following day if purchased after 2 pm.

Please note that EOFY Clearance styles are not eligible for refunds. EOFY sale styles that are not marked as 'Final Sale' are eligible for an exchange or credit note.
