During major sale periods, we experience a large influx of orders. Because we are a small, dedicated team, please allow for an extended shipping window to receive your order. We strive to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible (within 1-4 business days), and we truly appreciate your patience and kindness during this busy time. If you need your order as soon as possible or before a specific date, we highly recommend upgrading to Express Shipping at checkout, as all express orders are prioritised and shipped the same day or the following day if purchased after 2 pm.

Please note that EOFY Clearance styles are not eligible for refunds. EOFY sale styles that are not marked as 'Final Sale' are eligible for an exchange or credit note. Any items explicitly marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange or credit note). Please see our Exchange & Returns Policy Page for more detailed information. Once your sale finds arrive, we encourage you to treat them with the same respect as a new arrival. Follow our signature full-moon care ritual and rotate your footwear every other day to ensure they last for many seasons to come.

No. Items purchased on sale or from our clearance collection are only eligible for a credit note or an exchange.
Are "Final Sale" items returnable?
No. If an item is explicitly marked as "Final Sale," it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will these sale styles be restocked?
No. These are end-of-line styles and seasonal colours. Once they are sold out from our clearance section, they will not be returning!
Are the sizes listed the only ones left?
Yes, our clearance stock is strictly limited to the sizes you see online. If your size is greyed out, it has sold out completely.
How do I know my correct size?
We use standard European sizing. Check the specific fitting notes on each product page, and if you are a half-size, we usually recommend sizing up.
