Easy Exchange & Returns

We cover your return shipping cost when 'Checkout +' is opted into. If not, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please lodge your return through our Returns Portal.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If subsequent exchanges are required, they are facilitated with a flat rate $10 postage per shipment.

Returns for refunds incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

You can return any full-priced online order for exchange, credit note, or refund.

The Tokyo trainers big sister, Osaka takes our favourite layered neoprene upper and splices it with suede and experiments in glossy neoprene which reflect the light just so. Designed with the ultimate foot hugging in mind. Osaka is our sharper take on the neoprene silhouette
