The Thelma Square Toe Shoe is a sharp, modern evolution of the classic T-Bar silhouette. Built on our celebrated Monae last, it balances a structured look with a soft, lived-in feel. Riffing on the traditional school shoe, Thelma is designed for the modern creative who wears a deliberate personal uniform to signify her artistic identity. Featuring an exaggerated square toe and distinctive tear-shaped cutouts with delicate connecting stitch details, the mood is one of refined playfulness. The architectural exposed rand through the sole anchors the design, offering a contemporary finish to this high-shine aubergine leather staple. Designed for life in motion, Thelma features an inbuilt memory foam cushioned footbed, ensuring high-rotation ease from the very first wear.

Fit Notes - Because of its structured, form-fitting nature, Thelma may feel firm and tight at first, especially across the toes. This will soften and stretch with wear beautifully, and mould to the shape of your foot. We suggest wearing these around the house with thick socks if they are feeling tight, before wearing them outside.

The Thelma upper features a signature T-Bar design with subtle tonal stitching and small tear-shaped cutouts. Built on the same proven last as our Monae, Badu and Angel styles, the fit is intentionally structured yet soft. A thick buckle strap ensures a secure fit, providing coverage that remains elegant and sharp. The technicality continues underfoot with a lightweight, flexible stacked EVA rubber outsole. Abrasion-tested to meet the highest EU standards, the black outsole features a modern exposed rand where the edge extends beyond the upper for a crisp finish. Completed with a resin heel and rubber heel cap to ensure long-lasting durability, Thelma transitions effortlessly from city commutes to evening events.

Inside, the foot is wrapped in our signature buttery-soft Electric Peach sheepskin lining. To ensure a perfect fit, we have integrated a suede heel panel with a built-in “puff” on the interior of the shoe to provide comfort and protection for your heels. This is paired with an inbuilt memory foam insole for a cushioned, supportive foundation. Thelma is a playful, nostalgic, and creative staple, bringing a structured vision to your creative uniform.
