This beloved sandal returns in a timeless and deep plum leather for all-year-round wearability. Arkestra is perfect for literally everything: sharp enough for work and events, and active enough for weekend explorations and ten-thousand-steps days.

Details & Construction

Leather Upper | Leather Lining | EVA Rubber Outsole

Upper:
This tried-and-true staple has been executed in a timeless and rich tumbled plum leather with tonal stitching. We see this hue as a long-term investment piece in the sense that it feels classic and not limited to one season of dressing. The design features fisherman-style thick straps and tonal painted edges, offering toe coverage whilst remaining lightweight and breathable during the warmer months. Finished with a contrasting silver buckle strap, the silhouette is deliberately elevated for sharp dressing situations.

Inside:
Arkestra is lined in supple black sheepskin leather, keeping the shoes incredibly soft and breathable on the foot. The footbed is leather-wrapped and moulded to cup your foot, featuring an embedded heel cup, arch support and toe-bar for ultimate comfort and support.

Outsole:
Built upon our 2-piece, variegated stacked rubber outsole, Arkestra is flexible and durable underfoot. Across the rand of the outsole, a subtle black stitching adds an artisanal finish to the sturdy, stacked sole.

Care Instructions

Leather is breathable, durable, and beautiful, so give it a bit of love!

Clean when necessary, with a leather conditioner and soft cloth to remove any dirt or dust from building.
Condition your shoes once a month using wax or cream conditioners such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can reapply a waterproof spray for extra protection.
Regular waterproofing is essential to protect from unexpected showers. Try our Waproo Platinum Eco Stain & Water Repellent at least once a month on the Full Moon - We’ll send you a reminder when you sign up to our newsletter. Yes, we still care even when they’re in your hands!

Plum yum
I really love these sandals. They are very comfy straight out of the box. Such a supportive sole! I’m wearing them in early spring when it is still quite cool but they have a lot of coverage so feel warm and the perfect choice. The plum colour is really yummy. I have a narrow foot but these still work for me in my normal size.

Great sandals
I wore these sandals every day on a recent trip. The grip was secure, the uppers super comfortable and they look great. My only regret is that they no longer come in green.

The happiest sandals on the planet
Love love love these! They're cute as and super comfy.I bought the burgundy ones last year and constantly receive complements about them. The make me smile whenever I wear them and lift up any outfit. Everyone should own a pair!

In love with my shoes
As usual, I'm in love with my latest pair of Radical Yes shoes! The yellow shade is just gorgeous and goes with so many things. Already checking out the next pair I'd like to get. It's an addiction :)

The best
I want every shoe I ever own to be on the Arkestra sole! It is SO COMFY. I always have issues with shoes and blisters. These? I put them on the first time, walked for hours and never got a blister,but got LOADS of compliments. This colour is also an absolute chefs kiss. It's my second Arkestra pair and I fear (or do I?!) it's not the last ! Never stop making these!!!
