Please Note: Sale items, including items bought with promotional codes are not eligible for cash refunds. Sale items $99 and under are strictly final sale so please choose carefully when shopping the sale section and be sure to read the full terms and conditions of sale below before making a purchase.

Before purchasing or making a return or exchange request, please ensure you have read the below Terms & Conditions relating to your purchase. By making a purchase with us we assume you have read and understood these conditions.

RETURNS - FULL PRICED ITEMS 

If for any reason (including change of mind), you are unhappy with your full priced radical toe tappers, we offer the option of a size exchange, store credit or full refund. Simply fill our the Order Lookup form here and we’ll get the process arranged for you. 

Postage on Exchanges

Postage is covered by Radical Yes on your first exchange. If subsequent exchanges are required, postage is covered by the customer either by including a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or by purchasing postage through our online store here.

Postage & Restock fees on full price return cash refunds

Please note a $15 postage, handling and restocking fee will be deducted from final returns/cash refunds if an alternative cannot be found. (Please see 'How do I Process My Return? instructions below)

Above terms strictly only valid for full priced orders placed within Australia and within 7 days of receiving the order. 

If you are in Melbourne you are also more than welcome to make an exchange in store at The Fitting Salon - 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne. If you ae able to drop your return into the store directly we are also happy to waive the $15 restocking fee on full price returns. Please get in touch with us via email first to make sure your order is eligible for return / or your exchange size is available in store before visiting.

RETURNS - AFTER PAY PURCHASES FULL PRICE ITEMS

Whilst we happily offer refunds on After Pay purchases, please note we will deduct the 0.06% non-refundable AfterPay transaction fee charged to us as a merchant using this payment facility for any orders that require a full refund on purchases. Please also be aware that this amount is added on to the applicable $15 postage, handling and restocking fee for full price orders that can not be exchanged or credit note accepted.


RETURNS – SALE & PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS (EXCLUDING WELCOME 10% DISCOUNTS)

Sale or offer prices cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the period of the sale/offer. Subscriber welcome codes are valid for purchases $99 and over. Subscriber welcome codes and other promotional codes may sometimes not be available on sale events unless otherwise noted. 

Sale Items over $100 including items bought with promotional codes.
For sale items over $100 we happily offer either an exchange or store credit note valid for 6 months from the date of return (strictly no cash refunds) for change of mind purchases and size exchanges.

Please note whilst we are happy to offer an exchange with a credit note, we can not hold sale items for exchange whilst waiting for returned orders. This means if you need an exchange on size for sale items, the best thing to do is return the item as quickly as possible so we can send you out the exchange or issue you a credit note to make the purchase again.

We are happy for you to exchange for a different item should the item purchased be out of stock or not suitable for your foot. Be assured we want to do what we can to get you toe tapping again so shop with confidence that we have an exchange-friendly policy on sale items.

Postage on Sale Exchanges over $100

Whilst we happily offer exchanges on sale items $100 or over, postage on sale items must be paid by the customer for both the return of the item to us and the exchange going back out.  If subsequent exchanges are required, postage is also covered by the customer either by including a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or by purchasing postage through our online store here.

Sale Items $99 and below
All sale items $99 and below are FINAL and there is no exchange, cash refund or return offered for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes so please choose carefully.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN? 

Simply  fill out the Order Lookup Form here with your email and order number. This will start the returns process for you and you will be guided through the steps and be provided with a return address.

Shoes and shoe box must be returned in the original and saleable condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of the goods arriving to you. Returns sent in a defaced shoe box, without a completed form or outside the 7 day period may not be eligible for refund. 

Radical Yes cannot accept any responsibility or replace items lost by Australia Post or other shipping agents. So keep a hold of your tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us, to make sure Australia Post is accountable. 

RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

We will happily exchange or return international orders on any full priced purchase for any reason including change of mind. 

Please note that return freight, duties and taxes are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully and check the size chart closely.

Be sure to email us and supply the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it from our end.

SHIPPING FAQ

How much does Shipping cost?
Within Australia, Standard Ground Shipping is included for all orders over $149.

Orders under $149 are charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $12.

Express Shipping is available for $25 however please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive as Eparcel Express is not an overnight service.

Insurance

We are not liable for any orders that go missing in transit. You can submit an enquiry via Auspost, however in our experience, this isn't usually very successful! Because of this we strongly advise you apply insurance to your postage so we can make sure we can get you toe-tapping even if your order does go walkies. You can do this when choosing your postage option for an additional $2.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow between 5 to 7 working days to receive your order.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders via Australia Post E-Parcel service. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order. Once picked and packed, we will then clear the payment for your order and provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.

Radical Yes cannot accept any responsibility or replace items lost by Australia Post or other shipping agents.

How do I know when my instore collection order is ready?

If you select 'Instore Collection' as the shipping method, you will receive an automated email advising when your order has been 'shipped'/ or is now awaiting collection in the store. You will note with his email that there is no tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. International Shipping is charged a flat shipping rate of $30. NZ orders over $200 are sent free and a flat rate of $18 is charged for orders under $200.

Please note: If you purchase internationally, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note Radical Yes can not be held liable for any duties, customs or taxes incurred in your local currency. 

International orders are supplied with a tracking number but not insurance. International orders are placed at customer discretion and whilst we will do all we can to locate a missing parcel, we are not liable to replace parcels that are lost. If you would like extra instance please contact us before placing the order so we can provide a quote for insurance costs. International order delivery times are dictated by your local postal service. 

RADICAL SHOE REPAIRS
We will walk over hot coals to make sure your experience is 110% radical for the lifetime of your shoes, so please get in touch with us in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your toe tappers. We can happily arrange the repair on your shoes with our amazing shoe repairer who we can call upon to get your shoes back to tip-top shape. Please note costs will be associated with repairs due to wear and tear and assessed on a case by case basis.

OUT OF STOCK INVENTORY 
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
