Radical Yes is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all Australian orders in our online store.

All order placed from December 30th 2020 will begin shipping from January 7th 2021. 

Boxing Day Sale Shipping & Exchanges

Please shop responsibly. Please choose carefully.

Strictly no cash refunds on sale items but exchange welcome and credit notes can be issued. Exchanges can also be made in store from January 14th. Online and Instore exchange period will be extended until January 25th.

Orders cannot be amended once they are placed. If an error is made please notify us and the incorrect order will be cancelled so it can be placed again. Boxing Day code/offer is not available in conjunction with any other discount or code. Valid strictly until Midnight Tuesday 31st December 2020.

Please allow extra time for parcels to be despatched during busy sale periods.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our current priority is to ship orders as safely as possible. Our warehouse is still shipping as normal. Please note however that Australia Post are reporting delays in their shipping network so please allow a little longer for delivery. Rest assured that your order will be sent as soon as added precautions allow and delays will be alleviated as restrictions are eased.

Australia Post is also currently prioritising Express Parcels, so we have reduced our Express Shipping fee to a flat rate $10 Australia Wide. We recommend choosing this option to help mitigate extra delays. See below.


Express Domestic Shipping is available for a $10 flat rate Australia Wide, however please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive as Eparcel Express is not an overnight service.

Instore Collection
Instore collection is available through The Fitting Salon located at 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne. Select Instore Collection as you shipping option at checkout and you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to let you know your order is ready for collection. International Orders 
To cut down on on our carbon footprint, we only ship to our close neighbours, New Zealand, Hong Kong & Singapore.

NZ orders over $200 are sent free and a flat rate of $18 is charged for orders under $200.

All other International Shipping is charged a flat shipping rate of $30. 

Please note Radical Yes is not responsible for any import duties and taxes.
International customers please note – customs duty may be payable. Please contact your local postal authority for details on applicable charges.  

Return Policy

Free Exchanges and hassle free refunds
We understand shopping for shoes online can be tricky. Therefore, we aim to do what we can to ensure you can shop online with confidence that we have a returns/exchange-friendly policy. 

Whilst we are confident you will love your Radical Yes item/s, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund minus a $15 postage and restocking fee with the following criteria being met:

Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item/s must be returned to Radical Yes in its original packaging, brand new, unworn and undamaged, in protective postal packaging, within 14 days of your original order date.

Returns Postage
We offer free returns on all orders within Australia. You will be sent a Reply Paid postal card with your order which can be used to send the item back to us.

We are happy for you to exchange for a different size, or different item should the item purchased be out of stock or not suitable for your foot.

Postage on Exchanges
Full Price Orders - Postage is covered on your first exchange. If subsequent exchanges are required, postage is covered by the customer either by including a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or by purchasing postage through our online store here.

Sale Items - For sale items being returned for exchange, including size exchange please note whilst postage is covered for the return back to us, we do not cover the postage to get the exchange back out to you. For sale exchanges you have the option to include a Self Addressed Return Postage bag or purchase $12 postage through our online store here.

Instore Exchanges
If you are in Melbourne you are more than welcome to make an exchange in store at The Fitting Salon - 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne. Please get in touch with us first to make sure your exchange size is available in store before visiting. See our opening hours here.


To make it as easy as possible for you a Returns Form and Reply Paid card will be included with your order.

To process a refund or exchange simply follow the 3 steps below within 7 days of receiving your order -

  1. Fill out the Returns Form included in the parcel.

  2. Stick the Reply-Paid card to the mail bag the item was sent in (securely taped up) and drop the item into your local Australia Post outlet. At the time of drop off Australia Post will issue you with a lodgement number which we can use to follow up the parcel. Please note this is not a tracking number but proof of the item being lodged to Australia Post and you should not have to pay for this.

  3. Once you have the lodgement number  email us to let us know you are returning an item and inform us at this point of the lodgment number. To be eligible for refund returns requests must be made within 7 days of the goods arriving to you. Returns sent in a defaced shoe box, without a completed form or outside the 7-day period may not be eligible for refund. 

Radical Yes cannot accept any responsibility or replace items lost by Australia Post or other shipping agents. So keep a hold of your tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us, to make sure Australia Post is accountable. 


We will happily exchange or return international orders on any full priced purchase.

Please note that return freight, duties and taxes are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully and check the size chart closely.

How much does Shipping cost?
Within Australia, complimentary Standard Ground Shipping is included for all orders.

Express Shipping is available for $10 however please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to arrive as E-parcel Express is not an overnight service.

We are not liable for any orders that go missing in transit.
You can submit an enquiry via Australia Post, however in our experience, this isn't usually very successful! Because of this we strongly advise you apply insurance to your postage. You can do this when choosing your postage option for only an additional $4.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow between 7 to 10 working days to receive your order. Please note during peak high volume sale times the delivery window can be longer.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders via Australia Post E-Parcel service. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order. Once picked and packed, we will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.

How do I know when my instore collection order is ready?
If you select 'Instore Collection' as the shipping method, you will receive an automated email advising when your order has been 'shipped'/ is now awaiting collection in the store. You will note with his email that there is no tracking number but simply the word 'INSTORE COLLECTION' in the space for your tracking method. 

Out of stock inventory
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
