Radical Yes is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all Australian orders from our online store.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our current priority is to ship orders as safely as possible. Our warehouse is still shipping as normal. Please note however that Australia Post are reporting delays in their shipping network so please allow a little longer for delivery. Rest assured that your order will be sent as soon as added precautions allow and delays will be alleviated as restrictions are eased.

Australia Post is also currently prioritising express parcels, so we have reduced our express shipping fee to a flat rate $10.00 Australia-wide. We recommend choosing this option to help mitigate extra delays.

Return Policy

Free Exchanges and Hassle-Free Refunds

We understand shopping for shoes online can be tricky. Therefore, we aim to do what we can to ensure you can shop online with confidence that we have a return-friendly policy. 

Whilst we are confident you will love your Radical Yes item/s, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund with the following criteria being met:

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Your item/s must be returned to Radical Yes in its original packaging, brand new, unworn and undamaged, in protective postal packaging. Items may be rejected and returned to the customer if conditions are not met.

Orders made during sale or promotional periods (including Radical Roulette) are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Returns Postage

We offer free return postage on all orders within Australia. You can lodge your FREE return via our Australia Post Return Portal.


We are happy for you to exchange for a different size, or different item should the item purchased be out of stock or not suitable for you. Please make sure to specify what you’d like to exchange for in the comments via our Australia Post Return Portal.

Credit Notes

We are happy to provide a credit note of the dollar value paid (excluding any shipping, or add-on costs) should the item purchased be out of stock or not suitable for you. Please make sure to specify you're after a credit note in the comments via our Australia Post Return Portal. Credit notes are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Postage on Exchanges

Full Price Orders - Postage is covered on your first exchange. If subsequent exchanges are required, postage is covered by the customer for $12.50 paid securely via our Australia Post Return Portal.

Instore Exchanges

If you are in Melbourne you are more than welcome to make an exchange in-store at The Fitting Salon - 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne. Please get in touch with us first to make sure your exchange size is available in store before visiting. See our opening hours here.


Express Post

Express shipping is available for a $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide, however please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to arrive as eParcel Express is not an overnight service.

Instore Collection

Instore Collection is available through The Fitting Salon located at 554 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne. Select Instore Collection as your shipping option at checkout and you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to let you know your order is ready for collection. You can find our Fitting Salon opening hours here.

International Orders 

We currently do not ship internationally. Sorry radical international friends!


We provide easy returns with Australia Post Collect & Return. No labels, no printing, no problem!

To process a return simply follow the steps below:

  1. Visit and enter the email address used to place your order and your order number. Complete all fields to submit your return, and make sure you let us know in your comments whether you’d like a refund, credit note or exchange.

Once submitted, you will be emailed your unique barcode.

  1. Take your return parcel (safely and securely packaged) and unique barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location and they’ll print it for you OR print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box. The returns portal will let you know your two closest Australia Post Collect & Return locations. 
  1. You’ll be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
  1. Once your return is back at our warehouse, we will process your return accordingly once it arrives. Please note that refunds and credit notes are processed every Monday, and exchanges are processed within 1-2 days of delivery to our warehouse.


How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia, complimentary free shipping is included for all orders via Australia Post.

Express shipping is available for a $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide, however please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to arrive as eParcel Express is currently not an overnight service.


We are not liable for any orders that go missing in transit. You can submit an enquiry via Australia Post, however in our experience, this isn't usually very successful! Because of this we strongly advise you apply insurance to your postage. You can do this when choosing your postage option for only an additional $4.00.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow between 7 to 10 working days to receive your order. Please note during peak high volume sale times the delivery window can be longer.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders via Australia Post eParcel service. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email advising that we have received the order. Once picked and packed, we will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.

Please make sure you supply your full address when placing your order to avoid your parcel going missing (include apartment, floor or office number if required plus street number etc). Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors in our order or delivery information. We strongly recommend you also include your phone number so we can get in touch with you quickly if we need to.

Radical Yes cannot accept any responsibility or replace items lost by Australia Post or other shipping agents.

How do I know when my Instore Collection order is ready?

If you select 'Instore Collection' as the shipping method, you will receive an automated email advising when your order has been 'shipped'/ is now awaiting collection in the store. You will note with this email that there is no tracking number but simply the word 'INSTORE COLLECTION' in the space for your tracking number. 

Out of stock inventory

Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited run quantities we produce, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item due to inventory miscounts. In this situation, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
