Are these boots comfortable right out of the box, or do I need to break them in?
You can skip the band-aids! Our customers constantly tell us that our boots have no breaking-in period. Crafted with buttery soft leather and designed with our signature 'mould to your foot' comfort, they are built to feel more like slippers than boots from the very first wear.
The leather will also stretch up to 10% over time, which is about half a size in width. Just something to keep in mind if they feel super snug initially.

Yes! Radical Yes is famous for a generous toe box. Many of our boot silhouettes are designed to be wide-foot friendly, offering plenty of room without compromising on that sharp, tailored look. Many of our boots also come with removable insoles to help you find your Cinderella-fit.

We know that finding the perfect fit for taller or zip-up boots can be tricky! We provide specific calf measurements for our tall boot styles directly on the product pages. While the leather will naturally give and stretch to mould beautifully to your legs over time, we highly recommend checking the exact measurements against your own calves before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

Absolutely. We understand how difficult online shoe shopping can be, which is why we offer a stress-free 30-day return policy. If the fit isn't quite right, you can easily use our Returns Portal to arrange an exchange, credit note, or refund. Just be sure to try your new boots on indoors on a soft surface so the soles remain unmarked and in original condition!

We offer FREE Standard Delivery via Australia Post for all orders $249 and over. If you are eager to get stomping in your new boots, you can upgrade to Express Delivery for $15, which ships the same day if ordered before 2 PM. We also offer Click & Collect from our Fitting Salon in North Melbourne or our Vermont warehouse!

Are the soles durable enough for winter city walking?
Yes! Our boots are designed for high-rotation city wear and cross-city commutes. They are built on flexible, shock-absorbing outsoles designed to keep you moving comfortably. We recommend being cautious on very wet or slippery surfaces during your first few wears, and treating the leather regularly to ensure they remain your forever boots!
