FREE return shipping is available on all online orders within Australia through our easy Loop Returns Portal.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If subsequent exchanges are required, they are facilitated with a flat rate of $10 postage per shipment.

Returns for refunds incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

You can return any full-priced online order for an exchange, credit note, or refund.

We enjoy pairing with more structured shell coats and puffer jackets belted at the waist to keep the overall silhouette feminine. They look ace with ankle grazing cropped flairs to show off the neat as a pin topline and don’t forget the obvious choices too - oversized knits and turtle-neck are great casual Friday options.
