The black version seems to have sold out so I'm putting my review here. The first time I used this backpack it took me awhile to get used to all the pockets, fasteners & dangly bits & also get comfortable carrying it—normally I just carry a crossbody North Star plus a tote for the bigger stuff—super simple. But this backpack has gone from my travel pack to my daily commute in all weathers backpack. It fits everything—I love all the different pockets (though I do agree it would be great if the outside pockets could be made longer for a large phone—or if you could place a phone pocket at the back—that would be even better), and I've totally got the hang of the dangles—very handy. I LOVE the snuggliness of the padding—it really makes a difference in the mornings (and afternoons) when you're tired—just allows for a little bit of self-care. I still use the backpack for my onboard luggage—fits laptop, ipad, everything plus everything else—but now I also use it on long workdays. Thanks for this thoughtful design: it's compact & stylish, suggly & fits everything! 5 star effort! (I even took it to Day 1 of the historic India v Australia Boxing Day test at the MCG! Carried off the assignment without a hitch & the padding even kept our drinks cold!)
