CONSTRUCTION

Walking on clouds comfort is taken to a whole new level with our Meriem hotel loafer. Crafted from the softest supple plum suede upper and ballet pink sheepskin lining, these toe tappers are reminiscent of smoking loafers. The intentionally rounded toe box is finished with a raised apron seam and metallic gold threaded floral embroidery. The result: simple radical elegance.

STYLING

These loafers are a cinch to wear and oh so versatile. Wear them to a rock show with a blazer, to the studio with a trench, to school pick up with a juxtaposed and tucked in vintage sweat, or with white socks and a black blazer for a classic look. We think they look especially luxe with billowing silk pants or a floaty dress for cocktail hour.

Or go Saturday morning sharp for brunch and slip them on with your favourite denim and a crisp striped shirt. The possibilities are endless, and don’t forget the gold tones to pick up on the gold embroidery.

There is a misconception that suede shoes are too tricky to care for, but with a little love and care we can ensure your shoes look new for years to come!

Regular waterproofing is essential to protect from unexpected showers. Try our Waproo Platinum Eco Stain & Water Repellent at least once a month on the Full Moon - we’ll send you a reminder when you sign up to our newsletter. Yes, we still care even when they’re in your hands!
Try to avoid getting your suede shoes soaking wet. If you know the weather outside will be miserable, maybe leave your suede shoes at home! If you do get your shoes wet, take them off and let them dry quickly.
Use a suede brush gently remove any dust or dirt that may have fallen onto your shoes before reapplying the waterproofing spray
