Our classic Shadow Boots reinvented with a punk rock centre zip! Crafted from beautiful black crush leather with a monochrome rubber wedge flatform sole, this is the boot for all of our high arched friends!

Clean side facings and a centre pulled metal teeth zip means the upper fits a wider style of foot shapes. Plus, it just looks intentionally punk rock. Gonna get things done in these boots!

Details & Construction

The problem with side zips is they can be hard on high arches. It was a challenge we had been ruminating on with Lunar Boots from AW21. How can we make a boot silhouette like this even more accessible to even more feet? This was the beginning thinking for Lucent.

Clean side facings and a centre pulled metal teeth zip means the upper fits a wider style of foot shapes. We love the proportions of this boot which slim the ankle and define the foot in a really sophisticated way. Constructed with luxe black crush leather and lined in super soft leather as well, these boots are made for getting things done!

Care instructions

Leather is breathable, durable and beautiful so give it a bit of love!

Clean when necessary, with a leather conditioner and soft rag to remove any dirt.
Polish your shoes once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can re-apply a waterproof spray for extra protection.

So comfortable
I have feet that have always been oddly shaped and as a result, it has always been hard to source good shoes. My feet.are narrow yet wide at the top, crazy flat and prone to plantar fasciitis.
Radical Yes has changed everything.
For the first time in my life I have found a brand where every style is comfortable! (Now I just have to save up and buy more pairs...).

These boots arrived promptly & they exceeded my expectations before even trying on. They have beautiful shine & texture, but most importantly so comfortable. They kind of run between a boot & a funky hi top sneaker. The brand really delivers!

I had to buy a second pair
I love these shoes so very much - I cannot stop wearing them. They are so comfortable and I constantly get stopped by people to enquire where I got them. I have purchased a second pair already - in case they stop making them! I am future proofing because I cannot imagine life without these boots.
