A Radical Yes flat is designed for the creative woman who is always on the move. Drawing on 20 years of expertise in product development, Kerryn Moscicki ensures these styles provide a secure fit without the need for laces. We prioritise easy-on, easy-off functionality for fast getaways throughout your busy day, from sophisticated loafers to dancer-off-duty inspired ballet flats. We utilise closures like buckles, Velcro, and elastic, as well as soft, high-quality leathers that naturally mould to your foot over time. Our collection offers sharp, active, and hybrid silhouettes for our customers’ unique and individual lifestyles. Many of our slip-ons feature removable insoles, making them an excellent choice for those seeking orthotic-friendly options. A small selection of these styles even includes an additional 4mm memory foam fitting stabiliser, which we recommend placing underneath the primary insole for a bespoke, comfortable fit.

Our flats are handcrafted in Guangdong by a curated group of artisanal, family-owned partners who have been with us since 2013. These makers are BV Audit-approved and share our dedication to ethical manufacturing and safe working environments. Because we operate on a slow, 26-week seasonal cycle and follow a "little and often" production model, we are able to catch QC issues early and refine each iteration of our slip-ons. This hands-on, non-transactional relationship is what allows our independent Australian brand to produce high-quality footwear that truly shines.

To ensure the longevity of your flat shoes, we recommend our monthly "Full Moon" care ritual. Use a leather conditioner to keep the uppers supple, ensuring the "step-in" ease remains consistent. It is also important to use a shoehorn where possible to protect the heel counter from collapsing. We strongly advise rotating your shoes, wearing them every other day to allow the internal materials to recover. The Radical Yes flats collection offers practical, comfortable options for your urban lifestyle that are equal parts sophisticated and wearable. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your slip-ons suitable for wide feet?
Many of our slip-on silhouettes (especially our square-toe styles) are famously forgiving. Because the leather is so soft, they are a fantastic option for wider feet.
Are your slip-ons orthotic friendly?
Some of our slip-ons feature removable insoles. Always check the product description to confirm before purchasing.
Can I try them on in-store?
Yes, you can get expertly fitted for all of our slip-on styles at The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne.
What if my heel slips out of the shoe?
If you have a narrow heel, slight slipping can occur in loafers. We recommend trying a simple gel heel grip from the chemist - it usually fixes the issue instantly!
My new slip-ons feel snug, what should I do?
Wear them around the house for a few days to let the leather soften and stretch! Our premium leather slip-ons will naturally stretch up to 8-10% across pressure points as they warm up and mould beautifully to the unique shape of your foot. If you need a faster fix, try our favourite hairdryer trick: put on thick socks, blast the snug spots with a warm hairdryer, and walk around inside until the shoes cool.
