Australia Post Portal.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 Days of receiving your order.
If subsequent exchanges are required, they are facilitated with a flat rate $10 postage per shipment.

You can return any full-priced online order for exchange, credit note or refund.

• Polish your mules once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Shoe Doctor Letha-Glo Cream to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can re-apply a waterproof spray for extra protection.
