Back by popular demand! We got so many requests for this sandal, we just had to make one more run. Arkestra 2.0 is the perfect work-event-weekend-hybrid fisherman sandal crafted from recycled leather in our Radical Yes fan favourite Jade Green hue.

Details & Construction

The perfect work-event-weekend-hybrid, these sandals give enough coverage to make them everyday appropriate for work type things (and no-time-for-a-pedicure friendly), while the rib cage straps on the upper give them a dramatic dressed-up feeling for events.

Crafted from supple Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Jade Green Leather, which means elements that would usually be treated as waste in the production of leather shoes, such as scraps and cut-offs, are pulped and reconstituted into production again. The blending of these materials with other recycled fabrics and yarns stabilises the leather and means less waste in the production process. The handle on this leather remains supple and lightly textured and features a gentle shine, which is complemented by the silver 'R.Yes' branded buckle; these supportive sandals are lined in leather for breathability.

The 2-piece, super flexible, variegated stacked outsole has been designed with a moulded sole edge that fully cups the foot for better comfort and foot health. Plus, subtle black stitching adds an artisanal finish to the sturdy stacked sole.

Care instructions

Leather is breathable, durable and beautiful so give it a bit of love!

Clean when necessary, with a leather conditioner and soft rag to remove any dirt.
Polish your sandals once a month using wax or cream polishes such as Waproo Platinum Shu-Glo to help rejuvenate your shoes from scratches and other signs of regular wear. Once your newly polished shoes have dried, you can re-apply a waterproof spray for extra protection.
