Introducing the Kyoto Athletic Sandal in Retro Blue, our brand new highly stacked active runabout.

An exploration of the active and athletic, the Kyoto Sandal is crafted from neoprene and features a hiking pull cord to strap you into movement, designed for your daily cross-city commute.

The moulded footbed and padded arch support give all the walking on clouds feels. Our favourite part - the 'R.Yes' embossing, and zig-zag top stitch bring all of the radical to your day.

Details & Construction

Kyoto is built on a moulded footbed for superior comfort and includes a comfort padded arch and moulded toe section for a feeling that is like walking on clouds. The new 3-piece stacked outsole construction is designed with your ultimate comfort in mind.

The soft neoprene upper has been layered with microfibre and gros-grain detailings and our adjustable hiking pull cord and finished with the zig-zag top stitch for all your active adventures.

Being highly durable neoprene, these toe tappers are so easy to care for!

Sponge them down, and let them dry in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight and watch them magically return to box fresh greatness.
Regular waterproofing is essential to protect from unexpected showers. Try our Waproo Platinum Eco Stain & Water Repellent at least once a month on the Full Moon - we’ll send you a reminder when you sign up to our newsletter. Yes, we still care even when they’re in your hands!
Remove any stains with a gentle baby wipe (true story - you must try it!)

The best
I'm so happy with these sandals. Mega comfy straight away and I can walk a long way even with the platform-ish sole. And I LOVE the colours, they really pop but still go with heaps of things.

Coolest kid on the block
Kindergarten chic - these shoes bring out my inner child in the most stylish way possible! Comfy, lightweight and unique, I love the toggle strap. Sized down as per suggestion and they fit perfectly - worn all day walking through the burbs with no issues, they can squeak a little on hot days haha

Fun, comfortable platforms
Great looking, fun and stylish platform sandals. Comfortable to get around in, but tend towards larger than standard size. Mine was inclined to slip on my (slightly smaller) left foot, unless the drawstring was drawn quite tight. Doing this led to a small rub point over longish walks so I wear them mainly for close to home events. Overall I really love them.
