Fantastic shoes- love the colour! They are easy to slip on & look good with and without socks so can be worn all year round. They are so easy to slip on & my feet dont slip out of the shoe while walking. They were comfortable from the start- no blisters or wearing in.

These shoes are a delight, day to night. Cozy, expansive. Worth with a sock, thick or thin or none. Can’t recommend more highly.

I am so happy with the look and quality of these shoes! They do rub a lot over top of my foot- I wonder if anyone has tips on stretching/softening them? I really want them to be comfortable!

We are so sorry we didn't respond to your review at the time, as this is when you would've needed this advice the most! I suppose it's better late than never! The rubbing and/or pressure you're feeling above your toes can be a normal phenomenon with this style in particular, depending on the nature of your feet. However, I am happy to report (and I presume you may have already experienced this) that this feeling will subside as the leather begins to soften and stretch with wear. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention though, as it would be great if we could try to rectify this for future productions!
Given the patent-like nature of these mules, the treatment of the leather means that they can be quite stiff upon the first few wears. Leather simply needs the warmth from our body heat, and some movement/pressure to begin stretching and softening. In future, if you try these on (or any leather shoe) for the first time and feel that their stiff, we recommend wearing them around the house with thick socks for an hour or so at a time to allow the break-in process to begin, before you commit to a large cross-city commute or social event! The additional pressure from the socks will allow the shoes to start this process, so that by the time you need to wear them out and about, they should feel more accommodating to your feet!
