Our frames are made from handmade acetate. Acetate is made up of derivatives of wood (tree) pulp and natural cotton fibres.

Acetate is generally lightweight and higher quality compared to other sunglass plastics. It’s malleable and can be fitted to the face easily for extra comfort. It has hypoallergenic qualities and therefore a great choice for those with sensitive skin.

Our lenses are all made from CR39 material which provide high quality clarity and are impact resistant.

Your new Radical Yes sunglasses are designed with care and made by hand with top quality materials, but they are not indestructible. Some materials are more delicate than others so treating your product with love and care is very important.

We suggest to clean your sunglasses by gently rubbing them with the lens cleaning cloth provided. This micro-fibre will be soft and delicate on your lenses and clear any smudges without scratching. You can also use this cloth to rub down any marks on your acetate frame.
