Please read through our Exchange & Returns T&CS below before proceeding with lodging your return.

Terms & Conditions

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. There should be no sole wear, creases, or markings on the shoes. Please be mindful of this when trying on your order. We suggest doing so indoors to protect the soles, as we would love to find your return a new forever home. 
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box, shoe fillers, and dust bags. 
  • Please return your order in protective packaging, such as the packaging your order is delivered in. Please make sure any postage labels or stickers are placed on the outside of the packaging (not directly on the shoe box). Please note that returns will not be accepted if shipping labels, stickers, or tape are stuck directly on any product packaging or product itself, as all returns need to be received in a resellable condition. 

Radical Yes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet or follow our terms & conditions. 

Shipping for Exchanges & Returns 

FREE return shipping is available on all online orders within Australia. A free shipping label will be provided when lodging your return through our Radical Yes Returns Portal.

FREE return shipping is available on all exchanges for the first exchange. If subsequent exchanges are required, they are easily facilitated with a flat rate of $10 postage per shipment.

Returns on Full-Priced Items

Refunds are available on all full-priced online orders. This includes full-priced items with Welcome Discount Codes applied.

Please make sure you have read the Exchange & Returns T&CS before lodging your return.

As we are a small team, returns for refunds incur a $10 restocking & admin fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

All full-priced returns are also eligible for an exchange or credit note.

Returns on Sale Items

Discounted items, including items purchased on sale (where a strikethrough price is displayed) or during a promotional period, are only eligible for a credit note or exchange. This also includes items purchased with a discount/promotional code of any kind. Refunds are not eligible on discounted items. Excludes $25 Welcome Code on full-priced items.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please choose wisely and feel free to contact our team to help you find your perfect fit.

If you are in Melbourne, you are more than welcome to return your online order in-store at The Fitting Salon or Warehouse Outlet where our staff can assist you.

If you are hoping to exchange your order, please get in touch with us first to make sure your exchange style and size are available in store before visiting.

Refunds are not available for items purchased in-store at The Fitting Salon or Warehouse Outlet. We encourage you to try on, choose carefully, and let our staff help you find your perfect fit. Exchanges and credit notes are accepted (unless the item is on Final Sale markdown).

Please keep in mind that international return postage is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.

Faulty Items

We firmly stand by the quality of our products. However, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us at yes@radicalyes.com.au. Our quality control team will assess the issue and will respond accordingly with solutions. Please be sure to include necessary details, as well as images of the fault.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect item care are not considered to be faulty. 


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Within Australia:
We facilitate easy returns through Australia Post Collect & Return.
To return your order for an exchange, credit note, or refund, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our Radical Yes Returns Portal and enter your order number and postcode. Follow the prompts and select if you would like to receive an exchange, credit note, or refund. Please make sure you have read our Exchange & Returns T&CS before proceeding with returning your item. 
  2. Once submitted, you will be emailed your return label. You can either print the label yourself or show the QR code (found on the label) at your nearest Australia Post Office for the staff to print. If you have printed your label, please stick it onto your parcel. 
  3. Package your return safely and securely, and bring it to your nearest Australia Post Office. If you haven’t printed your label, show the QR code (found on your label) to the Australia Post staff, and they will be able to print it for you and stick it onto your parcel. 
  4. Once you have submitted your return with Australia Post, you will be emailed tracking details so you can check the progress of your return to our warehouse. 
  5. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
