Many of these beautiful styles will not be returning in these unique seasonal colours. Our clearance stock is strictly limited to the sizes that you see online. If your size is greyed or crossed out, it has unfortunately sold out completely. For our local community, we will have a curated selection of these sale styles available to browse and try on in real life at our North Melbourne store on Queensberry Street, alongside our full digital collection online.

We totally understand that online shoe shopping can be difficult, and strict sale return policies can make choosing your size a bit daunting. To help guide your choice, we highly recommend reading our detailed product descriptions and reviews for more information on the specific fit, materials, and unique last shapes of each pair. If you are still unsure of your size or have any questions regarding materials, sizing, or silhouettes, please reach out to our small but helpful team at yes@radicalyes.com.au or call our store on 0437 933 073. We are always here to help you find your dream fit!

During major sale periods, we experience a large influx of orders. Because we are a small, dedicated team, please allow for an extended shipping window to receive your order. We strive to pack and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible (within 1-4 business days), and we truly appreciate your patience and kindness during this busy time. If you need your order as soon as possible or before a specific date, we highly recommend upgrading to Express Shipping at checkout, as all express orders are prioritised and shipped the same day or the following day if purchased after 2 pm.

Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions

Please note that Birthday Sale styles are not eligible for refunds. Birthday Sale styles that are not marked as ‘Final Sale’ are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. Any items explicitly marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange or credit note). Please see our Exchange & Returns Policy Page for more detailed information. Once your sale finds arrive, we encourage you to treat them with the same respect as a new arrival. Follow our signature full-moon care ritual and rotate your footwear every other day to ensure they last for many seasons to come.
