*Delivery times do not include dispatch times. Express orders are shipped the same day (if ordered before 2 pm) or the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for standard orders to be dispatched.

During peak seasons, such as sales or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Our small team is working as quickly as possible to ensure all orders are sent out on time. Express orders will always be prioritised and dispatched as soon as possible, usually on the same/next business day.

We currently offer same-day local delivery for $20 AUD via Uber within a 10km radius of The Fitting Salon in North Melbourne or our Warehouse in Vermont.

Orders must be placed before 2 pm to receive same-day delivery. Customers must be at the address to accept the delivery (Uber cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers). This service is not available on weekends.

You can pick up your order directly from The Fitting Salon (North Melbourne) or our Warehouse (CLIK Collective, Vermont). Simply select 'Pickup In Store' at checkout. You will receive an email and/or text notification once your order is ready for collection.

Note: If only one location is available at checkout, it means your selected item is only stocked at that location.

Once your order is processed and ready for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours to see shipping updates via the Australia Post website.

Pre-order products are items not currently in stock but available for advance purchase. The estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all products will be held and shipped together once the pre-order becomes available. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

All duties and taxes are covered and included in the product price for all orders under $1,000 NZD. 

Shipments valued over $1,000 NZD entering New Zealand are subject to applicable customs duty and border entry or biosecurity fees.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
